I Continue To Be Having Regular Menstral Cycles - Nothing

I continue to be having regular menstral cycles - nothing out of the ordinary, however i am experiencing excruating heartburn and indegestion daily. My breasts have noticably grew at least a cup size in the past 4/8 weeks and the nipples are swollen and sensitive to touch. I am excercising 2/3 times per week and have dropped my calorie intake to 1200 per day, however i continue to gain weight. My next period is due around 13th November. I have also recently had a loop diathermy for CIN 2 abnormal cells - 23rd Semptember 2015.
