I Continue To Have Nasty Acidic Taste In Mouth, Acidic

I continue to have nasty acidic taste in mouth, acidic saliva, acidic juice coming out of my lips. I get temporary relief from gargling with peroxide. Is there anything that I can do for permanent relief. I take Ranitidine and Pantoprazole once a day in the morning but still experience this nasty taste and burning.
