I Could Really Use Some Help. I Am All Messed

I could really use some help. I am all messed up with my meds because I took a new job. I normally take seroquel but am working shift work. I am afraid I wouldn't make it on time for work if I take it. I am going through withdrawls. I don't know what to do!
