I Currently Am Congested, Have Occasional Muscle Pain In Several

I currently am congested, have occasional muscle pain in several different areas, scratchy throat that causes a cough, and extreme fatigue. Any suggestions as to what could be wrong? Not sure if something severe or if I'm just dehydrated and stressed.
