I Currently Am Experiencing Spurts Of Pain In My Left

I currently am experiencing spurts of pain in my left ear and left wrist/arm simultaneously..if I had an ear infection, could that cause the pain in my arm/wrist or if it's a pinched nerve or something would that cause pain in my ear and wrist/arm simultaneously ?
