I Currently Am Travelling In India Where I Used Public

I currently am travelling in india where i used public toilets. After using the public toilet today i realised i developed a cut and was bleeding on the thigh area with which i sit on the toilet seat which contacted directly to the seat cover area. Do i have risk of hiv? kindly guide.
