I Currently Have A Blood Glucose Of 290. I Have

I currently have a blood glucose of 290. I have an insulin pump and was giving myself a bolus when the meter gave a message that it had failed (i.e., the Pump Management Device is not working). I do not have any syringes or any way of giving myself any insulin. I only have homolog, and I am not used to converting blood glucose to insulin units to ml of insulin. It is now past midnight in my area. What can I do?
