I Currently Have A Chest Cold (acute Bronchitis). I Am

I currently have a chest cold (acute bronchitis). I am not a smoker. I had the flu on Friday - Saturday night. On Saturday night/ all of Sunday I started coughing up lots of mucus from my lungs. I bought Mucinex expectorant and felt perfect last night. Today I woke up just as bad as Saturday and I coughed a bunch of mucus from my lungs. All day I have been sleeping 30-60 minutes followed by constantly coughing up balls of mucus.
I searched on Google about how long this will last, but I only get answers as to how long the ENTIRE coughing process takes to heal.
My question is, how long will it take for me to stop coughing MUCUS, not the entire cough?
