I Currently Have A Fever Of 102, Severe Cough, Fatigue

I currently have a fever of 102, severe cough, fatigue when coughing, severe headache and achy body. My eyeballs feel like they want to pop and painful when looking left, right, up and down. I've taken ibuprofen 800mg, cheratussin ac syrup, and the first dose of a zpack. I feel horrible should I go to the ER or waiting for the medication to take action? I have loss of appetite and I've been drinking fluids.
