I Currently Have A Midline Catheter In My Left Arm.

I currently have a midline catheter in my left arm. I have multiple sclerosis and am currently receiving Solumedrol at home, via a home health care service. Anyway, the top cap (closest to my arm) came off earlier and lots of blood went anywhere. I understand that it's very unlikely that it will happen in my sleep- but, I also have severe anxiety and panic disorder. So, it seems less and less "unlikely" as I'm trying to sleep- because, I sleep heavily and move/turn around a lot. If it were to happen, how dangerous would it be? Would I lose enough blood that I could die?? I mean, if it popped off .... would I just keep losing blood until I woke up- or would I even wake up? I have had severe interal bleeding before, and I know it made it extremely tired. Anyway, I guess my last question is how long would it be undone before I would lose enough to die? I really know it probably sounds nuts and I am NOT aiming to die. I'm aiming to able to get to sleep.
