I Currently Have Had This Hard Lump Like A Bone

I currently have had this hard lump like a bone in the back of my throat for almost a month on and off but I feel it most of the day as if something is stuck in the back of my throat but nothing is! It's so uncomfortable and driving me crazy lately what could it be?
