I Currently Have Pityriasis Rosea For About 2.5 Wks Now,

I currently have pityriasis rosea for about 2.5 wks now, and i noticed some itching in my vagina then a day ago i felt burning when i pee, and saw that there were two sores in my inner labia!! I just want to ask if this is related to the pityriasis rosea or if its something else.. And also what medication do i use? Thanks!
