I Currently Have Severe Swelling I Both Legs And Feet.

I currently have severe swelling i both legs and feet. diuretics have not helped. my legs feel like they weigh ten pounds and this is making walking difficult. The last two days the left leg is weeping some without any open wounds what does this mean? Can it be treated?
