I Currently Take 200mcg Of Synthroid, In The Morning 30

I currently take 200mcg of synthroid, in the morning 30 min before food. I just found out I am not supposed to be drinking coffee for at least an hour after. I have been drinking coffee immediately after taking my synthroid. I would like to switch the time of day, but pm is out because I take myocalm & sleeplink as a sleep aide. Can I effectively take it mid day, after lunch. ?
