I Currently Take 6 Mg. Of Ativan, 2 Mg Three

I currently take 6 mg. of Ativan, 2 mg three times daily. I am also taking Suboxone 3 mg. I'd like to be able to take an additional 1 mg at bedtime, which would bring me to 7 mg., below the maximum of 10 mg. I sleep much better and feel better in the morning when I take the additional 1 mg. at bedtime. My psychiatrist is hesitant to increase my dosage any further. Your opinion would be appreciated.
