I Currently Take 600 Mg Of Luvox, 200mg Of Bupropion

I currently take 600 mg of Luvox, 200mg of Bupropion and 20mg of Lexapro daily per physician Rx for major depression, OCD and anxiety. Things seem to be going pretty well overall but I feel drowsy/tired a lot and sometimes it seems like my thinking is cloudy. Do you think these are side effects or associated with the medications I am taking? If so, is there anything I can do to lessen them or do I need to just deal with them?Thank you.
