I Currently Take 75mg Of Irevene Daily And Was Feeling

I currently take 75mg of Irevene daily and was feeling great until a few weeks ago. Now I am experiencing anxiety/panic attacks again, and wonder if I should ask my doctor to up the dose? But dont want to be walking around like a zombie or gaining lots of weight as im
already a couple of stone overweight. Any suggestions?
