I Currently Take Celebrex Daily But Now Have Severe Tendinitis

I currently take Celebrex daily but now have severe tendinitis in my right elbow and hands. Would Monica be a better medication to relieve the intense pain in my hands each morning on awakening. I am 80 years of age and currently take Avapro 300 mg Hrt and also nexium 40mg plus celcor, epilum and YYYY@YYYY
