I Currently Take Paroxetine ER 37.5 Mg For Anxiety/depression. My

I currently take Paroxetine ER 37.5 mg for anxiety/depression. My PCP suggested that I try Contrave since I am interested in losing weight. He says the Paroxetine doseage should be reduced by half. I have read info on Drugs.com but would like a medical opinion regarding combining the 2 drugs. T. . he only other drug I take is Nexium OTC. I don't have HBP or diabetes or other major health issues. I am 62 years old (female).
