I Currently Take Gapaentin For Neuropathic Pain In My Arm

I currently take gapaentin for neuropathic pain in my arm related to a neck injury. This medication is sub optimal in relieving this pain. Is there another medication that may be more effective? I have received several cervical epidural injection and they last only a few days in relieving pain in my are.
