I Currently Use Intrathecal Prialt & Baclofen. I Had Been

I currently use Intrathecal Prialt & Baclofen. I had been feeling slightly lightheaded during the titration, but at the same time have had a bad head cold. Last week I felt a light headed feeling coming on, but this time it continued in intensity and the next thing I knew was that my wife was trying to wake me up as I was on the floor. Can this be a side effect of the medication? They are also performing a heart work-up to see if there was a coronary problem. Either way, since I had never experienced such a problem, I have been careful in everything that I do in worry that I could again have such a session repeat itself. Any suggestions?
