I Cut A Small Chunk Of Skin Off While Shaving

I cut a small chunk of skin off while shaving my armpits, and the area that I cut doesn't seem to be fully healing. It isnt bleeding, but it gets itchy a lot, and is wet a lot, but not from sweat.This was at least a month ago, is there anything I can do to make it heal completely?
