I Cut Index Knuckle About 6 Weeks Ago With A

I cut index knuckle about 6 weeks ago with a knife. I was a deep cut that I cleaned well and then I squeezed it shut and then put super glue over it to keep it closed. Now its healed and there is a red bump under the skin that when I hit it on something it is very painful. What could it be?
