I Cut Off My Great Toe With A Chainsaw. Cut

I cut off my great toe with a chainsaw. Cut through middle of phalange had to put metal in the middle . cleaned up the damage and the vessels . stitched up my toe back to together in place. I need to know how long will the numbness will go away untill i have sensation. Should i worry about leakage or blood water. What about puss. If my toe turns purple what are my concerns please
