I Cut Wood All Day With A Chain Saw. I

I cut wood all day with a chain saw. I held the saw in my right hand. A few days later, my right elbow was sore. When I flex my elbow, there is pain in the elbow joint. When I make a fist with my arm extended I have pain in the elbow. Could my symptoms be tendinitis?
