I Damaged My L2,3,and L4 Years And Years Ago...some Doctor's

I damaged my L2,3,and L4 years and years ago...some doctor's say nothing is wrong, I have heard schars node mentioned...what is that node and why am i still in so much pain if x-rays say I am fine...chiropractors actually did more damage and the spinal injections helped but could only do those so often...6 months to be exact then insurance said I was ok
