I Decided To Shoot Meth For The Frist Time 3

I decided to shoot meth for the frist time 3 days ago. The frist day it started hurting to the point I couldn't walk on it but it didn't stArt til bout 3 hours after. Yesterday I still couldn't walk on it And I wrap it and prop my foot up and put ice on it. Today bout an hour ago I prop my foot up and put a heating pad on it. And I found a old bottle of amoxicillin and took 2. It says to take 2 a day I have enough for a week. And I still can not walk on it Today. And can't go to the hospital can yoy help me
