I Delivered My Daughter Stillborn At 34 Weeks. Was Told

I delivered my daughter stillborn at 34 weeks. Was told my placenta was brown and the ultrasound showed my daughter stopped growing at 28 weeks. Can you tell some of the reasons this could have happened and why didn't my ob gyn know my daughter had stopped growing 6 weeks earlier?
