I Delivered Through Cesarean 3 Months And 1 Week Ago,

I delivered through cesarean 3 months and 1 week ago, had been taking bromocriptine for about 10 days.
Been taking basal temperature for 10 days as well, had intercourse 5 days ago and now had really light pink discharge, could this be implantation bleeding?
