I Develop Severe Pain, Numbness, And Tingling In My Left

I develop severe pain, numbness, and tingling in my left hand and wrist and some in my right hand and wrist to include up to the elbow during the night. The only relief is to sit up and hang my arms down between my legs. I only have minor numbness and tingling during the day when I move about. I can not lay down in bed after 2am as the pain begins then and I must sleep in a chair. Any use of the arm above my heart causes the symptoms at night.
