I Developed A Bad Sore Throat And Muscle Aches Yesterday.

I developed a bad sore throat and muscle aches yesterday. Have had flu shot (November). I am on Z-Pak (zythromyzin) 2nd day of 5. Used aspirin for sore throat. Awoke at 2 a.m. with diarrhea and vomiting (once) - returned to sleep, stayed home and slept most of day. No more diarrhea or vomiting. Throat is improving. Just now noticed many small reddish bumps on left hand (10) filled with clear liquid. 2 on right hand and a few on my legs. none on my midsection. Recently (3 days ago) ceased treatment of my cat with non-Latex gloves and Rondiazole - being very careful to wash hand after each treatment. No fleas here.

Concern over sudden appearance of reddish bumps on hands, arms and legs with fluid. Shall I see my Primary Care physician as an emergency tomorrow?
