I Developed A Lump On The Inside Of Jaw Bone,

I developed a lump on the inside of jaw bone, kind of at the base of the tounge and can feel it under my jowl, came on very suddenly, how quick should I go to my primary Dr? Is a little uncomfortable but isn't a lot of pain, haven't smoked for nearly ten years. Thank you Neil Hultin
