I Developed A Pimple Type Thing In My Arm Pit

I developed a pimple type thing in my arm pit and I left it alone but the other day it popped and oozed out a thick yellow pus. Now there is a hole in my armpit that is very deep it still oozes stuff occasionally. What can I do to make the hole close?
