I Developed A Rash On Both Sides (flanks) Over A

I developed a rash on both sides (flanks) over a year ago. Skin tests by allergist showed I was allergic to chemicals used in rubber products. I have been treated by a dermatologist for several months. He did two skin biopsies which he said only indicated contact dermatitis. I have done about 12 weeks of light therapy, which at first helped, but for the last two weeks the rash has reappeared on most of my torso, left leg, and upper arms. Also, my scalp is very itchy. It is worse now than ever. I've tried various creams and lotions. I'm using free and clear laundry detergent. I use free and clear shampoo/conditioner. Bloodwork of about a year ago was normal. I had breast cancer and partial mastectomy of one breast 3 years ago and I'm taking anastrozole for five years. I also take synthroid due to having thyroid cysts (about 20 years). I take a 10 mg hydroxyzine at night and don't have a lot of itching at night. I take a Zyrtec every day. I have an appointment with another allergist next week and will ask for food allergy testing since that has not been tested. Some areas of my body are covered in a fine rash, and in other areas I have pimple-like lesions. Any suggestions for getting relief from this terrible itching and burning. Skin feels really warm. Should I request new bloodwork?
