I Developed A Swollen Gland On The Left Side Of

I developed a swollen gland on the left side of my face, below my ear last night. I was eating an orange and felt like a current of pain on the left side and a few hours later I noticed the swelling. I took Allegra, and I put an ice pack for a little while before I went to bed, this morning the swelling had gone down a little bit, but it started getting bigger after I ate breakfast, and I can only eat on the right side because of the pain.
