I Developed A Twitching/pulse That Is Visible Under My Right

I developed a twitching/pulse that is visible under my right eye lid. It started yesterday but went away. This morning I noticed the twitching again, which has continued all day. I can only faintly feel it, but can see it pulsing. My right cheek seemed tender when I touched around the jaw area earlier today, but it improved.

I developed a fluid filled cyst behind the middle of my right ear (sonogram was done) September 2015. I am mentioning this because the cyst is directing across from the lower eye area, behind my ear. No pain when the cyst is touched.

Should I wait to see if the twitch/pulse goes away? Or should I be more concerned that there might be an underlying cause or problem?
