I Developed An Unexplained "black Eye" Several Days Ago. I

I developed an unexplained "black eye" several days ago. I have recently finished a round of antibiotics for a sinus infection, so I'm thinking it could be related to a recurrence. Also, for the past two days I've had a very stiff and sore neck. Should I be concerned? Thank you.
