I Developed Sore Throat And Some Buzzing Sound In Ear,

I developed sore throat and some buzzing sound in ear, the lymph node below right ear is swolen and the right side of face has become stiff, when i am talking my jaw is moving to left. Doctor has prescribed me Augmentin 875 for 2 * 5 days along with MDI inhaler for cough and congestion. I have taken 3 dozes of antibiotic so far. I had some fever chills and taken Dolo 650. Do i need to add any anti-allergic to this like Montek LC
