I Diagnosed Last April That I Have Ptp Bilateral Extensive,

I diagnosed last april that i have ptp bilateral extensive, and im now in my 5months medication, last october this year i had undergo xray for employment but my xray result is ptp both upper lobes what does it mean??? I assumed it cleared already since im taking med now. Can i still fit to work even the result is ptb both upper lobes? Thanks
