I Did Molly Two Days Ago. Since Then I Haven't

I did Molly two days ago. Since then I haven't been able to eat without throwing it back up and I cannot stand up without feeling like I have to puke. I've done Molly before but I've never had this after is there anything I can do to stop puking? It's been 2 days
