I Did A 30 Mile Bicycle Ride Today Over An

I did a 30 mile bicycle ride today over an hour and 40 minutes. Afterward I urinated and the fluid was blood mixed with urine. I have never seen blood in my urine. I did nothing out of the ordinary before or after my ride. I have noticed that as the day has gone on, the show of blood is beginning to recede, back to a normal golden color.
