I Did A Cervical Cancer Screening In October And I've

I did a Cervical cancer screening in october and I've been having lighter menstrual flow for the past three months which I don't know the reason..In the month of December I develop vaginal itch as in my clitoris and vulva itch and the vulva swells sometimes..I went to see a gynecologist and he gave me polygynax and myclolex cream..the itching stopped...Just this month the itching started again with some rashes and I inserted the polygynax again that's yesterday night just this morning I can feel blood stain in my pants..Don't know if it's menstruation or something else..I'm so scared..Please help me out
