I Did A Back Surgery About 7years Now Since That

I did a back surgery about 7years now since that time Doctor died now I have no insurance and I am in pain from my lower back down my right leg . My primary cair doc try to help with med but it make me sick and I can't keep food down making it hard to eat what can I do to help my self . I am 48 Jamaican
