I Did A Home Test And It Was Positive,I Taken

I did a home test and it was positive,I taken cytotec for two but nothing happened.so I was told to take ep fort and gynaecosid,which I've done already so pls how effective is this.I can't think straight. I need help cos I don't want to perform surgical abortion
