Sonographic features are suggestive of (1) acyesis (2) no myoma seen (3)dysfunctional uterine bleeding.
Ultrasound finding uterus: a normal sized anteverted uterus is seen with normal myometrial echotexture, measuring about 54mmx34mmx31mm. There is no evidence of uterine fibroid. There is no evidence of cyesis. The endometrial cavity appears normal
