I did a pelvic scan and the result states like this: a bulky sized and retroverted uterus is noted with non uniform myometrial echo pattern. Posterior submucous myoma at upper, mid, d lower uterine segment measuring 130mm x117mm. The endometrial cavity is anteriorly displaced. Both ovaries are normal stromal tissue echo texture. Nill in pouch od Douglas. Conclusion - appearances are suggestive of : posterior submucous myoma and acyesis. Please doc what does that mean?
