I Did A Small Renovation On A Bedroom And Removed

I did a small renovation on a bedroom and removed a couple of walls that I suspect now as having asbestos in the plaster. Even though I wore a cheap dust mask most of the time I can feel some discomfort in my lungs is there anything I can do after the fact.
