I Did An Allergy Test This Thursday ( Skin Prock

I did an allergy test this Thursday ( skin prock method) to find out I'm allergic mainly to dust mites. I have started the SLIT medication yesterday, the drops were taken as instructed in the morning. I took the nasal spray ( aziflo) in the night and started feeling a tightness in my chest and great difficulty in breathing, especially in taking deep breaths, along with wheezing and congestion in the chest. This started last night, about an hour after the aziflo and has been persistent through the day, today.
This evening after climbing the flight of steps to my place the breathing was too difficult and hence, after advice of my good friend whose faced a similar situation took a puff of his inhaler ( ventorlin) which gave me temporary relief. After about 2 hours the uneasiness got a bit unbearable again and I took astharid syrup prescribed by my family doctor, which gave me relief the last time I had a similar experience(similar experience has happened only once before about 2 months back)
I'm not sure whether the nasal spray has caused this feeling or the drops or maybe it's just a coincidence but the uneasiness is quite unbearable.
Please suggest what I can do as a curative measure.
Thank you.
