I Did An Ultrasound And My Results Stated That I

I did an ultrasound and my results stated that I have a complex mas in the right adnexa. It also said that my uterus appeared anterverted and homogenous measuring 5 x 4 x3 cm and that the thickened echogenic endometrium measured 1.2 cm the apperance suggesting hyperplasia. Can you please explain this to me. Thank you.
