I did curls for the first time a month ago, probably too much weight, I was sore after, then 1 week ago, I had to change a tire, and the lug nuts were very difficulty to get off. Ever since, I've had bicep pain, but only when I lift something in a curl kind of lift. Is it just a strain or a tear?
